You will be joining a stable, well resourced team including a second Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality and Compliance team, AN-ACC Coordinator, Rostering Officers and 24/7 Registered Nurses. The Role Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead the day to day clinical operations across the facility, ensuring high-quality, safe and person centred residential aged care is delivered consistently and in full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
